Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All our credit and debit card payments are processed using Shopify Payments (online banking and PayPal payments can also be requested).

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All our engraving is done by hand. Cufflinks cannot be engraved on the back. We can either engrave in Lowercase or UPPERCASE, but Lowercase engraving will be done as standard unless UPPERCASE is requested.

Wear & Tear of Fine Silver.
Silver Clay, because of its purity(99.9 Fine Silver) , is a relatively soft metal. If an item is worn every day or hung on a chain with lots of other items or on a key ring, it will gradually age and scratches and dents may occur.

Shipping And Handling 

For Fingerprint Orders:
A Pickle and Pumpkin Fingerprint impression's kit will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class post as soon as we have received your order and full payment. A addressed envelope is included in the Fingerprint impression kit for you to return the fingerprints moulds to Pickle and Pumpkin. You will need to put a LARGE letter stamp on this. Your finished jewellery will be returned to you via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery appromatley 14 days after we have received your fingerprint moulds.

For Hands & Feet Orders :
Hand & Foot print scanned images to be sent to Once we have confirmed the artwork is suitable your finished pieces will be sent out via Royal Mail Recored Delivery appromatley 14 days after we have received your artwork. An inkless wipe kit can be purchased for £5.00 in the online shop but is not included in the price of our hands and feet range. If purchased the inless wipe kit will be sent out via Royal Mail first class post as soon as we have received your order and full payment. Images can then be scanned in and emailed back to Pickle and Pumpkin.

For Little Artist / Little Scribble Orders :
Pickle and Pumpkin will accept scanned copies of artwork sent to once your order has been paid and completed. Once we have confirmed the artwork is suitable your finished pieces will be sent out via Royal Mail Recored Delivery appromatley 14 days after we have received your artwork.

International Orders
There is an additional postage charge (at cost) for international orders. An invoice for this charge will be sent with your Impression Kit. The cost of returning the Fingerprint Impression Kit is to be met by the purchaser.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your Impressions kit (if purchased) within 3 days from receiving your order. International orders are generally received in 10 days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.  Please report any problems with your finished order within 48 hours of taking delivery.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

You agree that Pickle and Pumpkin reserve the right to photograph your finished pieces for use in marketing purposes including images uploaded to the website
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security All our credit and debit card payments are processed using Shopify Payments or Paypal, and a Paypal account is not required to use this service.

Privacy Policy Updated May 2018 Pickle and Pumpkin do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns Policy

Returning your order before using the impressions kits.
Once you have placed your order, if you change your mind and decide not to proceed, after we have dispatched kits to you, we reserve the right to retain an administration fee of £9.95 after we have received the complete and unused kit returned to us, a refund will then be generated. Postage will not be refunded.  If the fingerprint kit(s) have been used these are £2.50 each and cannot be refunded once used.  Used inkiness kits are £5 and cannot be refunded once used.

Any bracelets (excluding personalised charms) and necklaces (excluding personalised pendants) that need to be returned and exchanged must be returned, boxed and unworn within 28 days.

We are unable to provide refunds on any personalised charms, pendants, keyrings, cufflinks, decorations or bookmarks as they are unique to you and have no resale value. We do not cover any return postage costs.  Inkless kits will not be refunded once used.

We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

Gift Vouchers.
All vouchers valid for six months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non transferable and non refundable.


The easiest way to book a class is on our website via our online booking system, which can accept payment via credit and debit card.

The Make a Fingerprint Charm Workshop is for a single 1.5mm regular charm in either small heart, medium heart or round shape.  Due to the experience and skill required we will hand engrave the charms while you are at lunch.  We require you to tie long hair back when firing the silver and wear closed shoes.

Once full payment for a class has been made your place will be booked and you should receive a confirmation letter and fingerprint impressions kit. Fingerprint impressions must be returned to us one week before the workshop so we can check they are suitable and we can proceed with your prints. Should we need to despatch a new kit as the prints are not suitable will we despatch a new kit to you free of charge.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we cannot offer refunds or transfers on any of our workshops.

Refunds for Workshops
Our jewellery making classes are very popular and places are limited. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on a workshop then we regret that no refund can be issued. If you are booked on a workshop and do not turn up on the day then no refund or transfer will be given. Workshop Transfers: Unfortunately we do not offer workshop transfers under any circumstances. We run our workshops based on the number of students booked in and would not be able to operate such a high quality, professional service for the price we do if we offered refunds and transfers.

If we Cancel a Workshop:
In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a workshop you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Your rights to return non personalised goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Fingerprint Definition 

Fingerprints develop in size and definition as babies get bigger, the moulds will capture what prints have developed, and this is what we use on the silver. We don't alter, amend or change the prints in any way, its a true mould of their fingerprint at the time when taken.  We enclose three high quality moulding compound to capture three prints and we will pick the best print to use from the three you supply.
