Little Scribble
How precious to capture your child's first piece of writing? Perhaps a beautiful pair of cufflinks for Daddy as a Father's Day gift, with your child's very own personal and handwritten message. Little Scribbles can capture this all for you, with little messages that come straight from your child's heart.
What we will need to produce your Little Scribbles piece
To get wonderful results for you, we find that thick black writing work the best. If you already have a beautiful piece of writing you would like to be preserved in silver, you can either scan the image and email this to info@pickleandpumpkin.co.uk or post it to us. We will let you know if the quality is good enough to proceed with this process. If you do not have a piece already but would like your child to create one for you, try to use thick black ink with heavy lines on a white background.
Your child's writing will be shrunk down to size. We will then transfer the artwork into a beautiful and original piece of silver. You can choose from charms, pendants, cufflinks and keyrings in this range.
Delivery
Delivery is generally 14 days from us receiving your Little Scribbles artwork. Whilst we strive to maintain this timescale throughout the year, during our busy periods, for example Christmas, the delivery may be longer. We will advise you when you place your order if delivery is likely to be longer than 14 days.
Hallmarking
Legally, we are required to hallmark any silver item that weighs 7.88g. Our Little Scribbles jewellery is under this weight and therefore does not need to be hallmarked. If you would prefer for your jewellery to be hallmarked, we can arrange this for you at an extra cost. Pickle and Pumpkin have a hallmark set up with the Birmingham Assay Office to enable us to carry out this request. Please note that hallmarking would extend the delivery time of your pieces.
