Fine silver dog tag (thickness 1.5mm) with space to engrave childs name on the front and a kiss. On the back of the charm we can engrave your child's date of birth or age. Supplied on a spilt ring. The approx dimensions for the dog tags are stated width x length and are: extra large - 17mm x 25mm, large - 14mm x 22mm, small 11mm x 20mm.

Once we have received your order and payment we will despatch you a Fingerprint Impression's Kit via 1st class Royal Mail, you capture the fingerprints and return them to us in the envelope supplied and once we receive the fingerprints we will return your finished jewellery in approximately 14 days.
